Orders & Payment

Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Goods: Due to food safety laws, returns are not accepted for perishable items unless defective, misrepresented, or non-compliant with ACL guarantees.
  • Refund Process: Contact us at cs@omnisource.com.au within 7 days of delivery for eligible claims. Proof of defect (e.g., photos) may be required.
  • Non-Perishable Items: Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned at our discretion.
