Return and Refund Policy

Omni Source Pty Ltd (ABN 60 675 619 011) ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Food & Drink products. This policy outlines your rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applies to purchases made via our Shopify website.
Returns Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit if:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or expired upon delivery.
- The item received is incorrect (e.g., wrong product or quantity).
- The product does not match its description or is unfit for purpose under ACL guarantees.
Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind for Food & Drink products, as they are perishable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food with "use by" or "best before" dates) unless defective.
- Opened or partially consumed products (for health and safety reasons).
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@omnisource.com.au or +61 404 99 55 44. Include:
- Order number.
- Photos/videos of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, expired product).
- A detailed description of the problem.
Assessment: We will review your claim and may request additional information.
Resolution: If approved, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Process
- Approved Claims: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Replacements: Shipped at no extra cost (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: Issued as a digital voucher if preferred.
Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns are not accepted for perishable goods (see Section 2).
Health & Safety
- Allergens: Check product descriptions for allergen information before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions due to failure to review ingredients.
- Food Safety: If a product causes illness, stop consumption immediately, seek medical attention, and contact us with purchase details.
